What IS IT?

Our mission is to help individuals connect with themselves, with others, with nature, and with all the things that make their souls sing. Through the intentional integration of unique therapy and healing modalities, ISIT aims to increase fulfillment and lasting meaning in one’s life. Humans don't exist in a vacuum and neither should our mental health care. At ISIT, we believe therapy should be as integrative and interconnected as the human experience is! By combining Art Therapy, Yoga, Nature, and more, we help people open up to genuine and authentic expression that makes life worth living.

ISIT is cultivated for individuals looking for connection-

connection with others, interconnection, spiritual connection, and mind-body-soul connection. ISIT will offer daily services, workshops, and retreats specialized in art therapy, yoga, nature therapy, and more. ISIT will work within the existential positive psychology theoretical frame.

Ryan Hildebrandt, 200  HR Yoga Instructor

Ryan Hildebrandt Yoga Teacher

Ryan found yoga in a happenstance kind of way. Now, yoga guides his decisions, and empowers his intuition, while creating a bigger space for his love of life. Ryan seeks the deeper meaning in the undeniably interconnected world on and off the mat. Yoga is a way of life that challenges you to face your fears, and assumptions, while still getting some exercise! Ryan uses yoga as a tool to cultivate community, understanding, and gentle discipline. With family always in mind, Ryan enjoys rock climbing, making music (good or bad), and cooking for those he loves. Ryan’s yoga class gently leaves his students with a stronger sense of community, where it's okay to laugh and never take anything too seriously.

Ryan completed his 200-hour YTT at Cambio Yoga, where he interned. Ryan now teaches yoga and facilitates groups at Mountain Springs Recovery. Ryan and Rachael, plan on creating Art/Yoga Therapy Centers focused on giving individuals long-term solutions to mental health issues, such as depression, anxiety, and addiction. Using art, asana, and pranayama, we hope to change the world for the better, letting everyone know they can heal themselves!
